Saudi officials continue inspection tours of Hajj facilities

Saudi officials continue to inspect Hajj facilities throughout the country in preparation for the upcoming Hajj.

In Qassim Province, Governor Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz inspected the Pilgrims City along the Riyadh-Qassim-Madihan Highway.  The Governor met with a number of pilgrims and presented each pilgrim copies of the Holy Qur'an and books on Hajj rituals.  Minister of Hajj Dr Fouad Al-Farsi inspected the Pilgrims City at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.  On Friday, Makkah Governor Abdulmajeed bin Abdulaziz inspected Hajj facilities and cites in Mina, including expansion work at the Jamarat (stoning area), Muzdalifa and Arafat. Hajj Minister Dr Al-Farsi, Health Minister Dr. Hamad Al-Manie, and Nasser Al-Salloum, secretary-general of the Makkah Development Authority, accompanied Prince Abdulmajeed on his tour.
