Authorized Hajj service companies are taking steps to serve the more than 1.2 million pilgrims in the Kingdom. They are providing housing, transportation and nutrition services to pilgrims, and have also printed and distributed hundreds of thousands of booklets for the pilgrims in various languages.

The companies are also raising pilgrims’ awareness about the crowds at the Jamarat Bridge in Mina, where the stoning ritual takes place during the peak days of the Hajj. Large monitors have been set up in pilgrims’ camps in Mina to telecast the crowds on the bridge in order to avoid a stampede.
