Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz will depart tomorrow for official visits to Japan, Singapore and Pakistan. The tour aims to bolster relations between Saudi Arabia and those three nations, according to a statement issued by the Royal Court today.
In remarks to reporters today, Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Saud Al-Faisal said that Crown Prince Sultan’s visit to Asia aims to further enhance strategic relations between the Kingdom and those countries in a number of areas. The Crown Prince will also hold talks and exchange views on regional and international issues of mutual concern.
In related news, Japan’s Crown Prince Naruhito lauded the strong Saudi-Japanese relations in remarks to the Arabic-language newspaper Al Yawm.
