The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Singapore today signed two economic agreements, an investment guarantee and a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on trade cooperation between the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Singapore Ministry of Trade and Industry.

The investment guarantee agreement provides for transparent investment rules and non-discriminatory treatment.  It also commits both countries to a guaranteed free flow of capital for investors between the two nations. The memorandum of understanding reaffirms both countries’ commitment to expand and develop economic linkage.
