King Abdullah allocates 6,000 extra Hajj slots for US pilgrims

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has issued a directive increasing the number of Hajj pilgrimage slots allotted to US Muslims by 6,000.  King Abdullah made the decision in recognition of the needs of Muslims in the United States.

During the Days of Tashreeq, the extra 6,000 pilgrims from the United States will be housed within the vicinity of Muzdalifah to avoid overcrowding in the Mina area.
