King Abdullah to launch development projects in Taif

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has arrived in Taif as part of his tour of the Kingdom. The King previously visited Madinah, Hail, Qassim and Al-Baha.

While in Taif, King Abdullah will launch a number of education, health and transportation projects, including Taif University, the King Faisal and Al-Khurmah General Hospitals, and the Taif beltway.

Today, King Abdullah attended a festival held in his honor by the citizens of Taif. He asked that the festivities include only speeches and poems out of respect for the crises in Lebanon and Palestine.
