On Tuesday, Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Saud Al-Faisal met in Jeddah with the heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Saudi Arabia in order to brief them on the critical situation in Lebanon.

In the meeting, Prince Saud called on the international community to support Lebanon on economic, political, diplomatic and military levels in order to aid reconstruction, alleviate suffering and bolster the country’s security. He urged each country to provide support in accordance with its ability.

Prince Saud added that Saudi Arabia would provide all diplomatic missions accredited in the Kingdom with a list of urgent requirements, including military forces and the construction of housing units.
