Saudi Red Crescent Society to distribute 1,000 housing units in Lebanon

The Saudi Red Crescent Society is distributing 1,000 ready-made housing units in Lebanon as part of its relief programs there. The units, currently en route from Saudi Arabia to Lebanon, will be set up immediately upon arrival next week. The locations for the units will be selected based on recommendations from the Red Crescent Society in cooperation with the Lebanese government.

In related news, the Saudi field hospital in Beirut is reporting that it has treated 33,721 patients since its establishment July 31. The patients include 12,488 men; 13,785 women; and 6,259 children.
