Thousands of British pilgrims to perform Hajj

Over 25,000 British pilgrims are performing this year's Hajj, 3,000 more than last year. This was stated by Mike O’Brien, undersecretary for trade and minister in charge of Muslim affairs, in London Wednesday night at a ceremony held to mark the departure of the official British Hajj delegation to the Saudi Arabia. The British Hajj mission, comprised of 40 members, including eight doctors, as preachers and social counsel, will accompany the British pilgrims.
