Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz received a telephone call today from U.S. President George W. Bush, congratulating him on the success and positive outcome of the Counter-Terrorism International Conference recently hosted by the Kingdom. President Bush also praised the success of the elections for municipal councils in Riyadh Province.

Crown Prince Abdullah received another message from President Bush today, delivered by U.S. Ambassador to Saudi Arabia James Oberwetter, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the historic meeting in 1945 between King Abdulaziz and President Franklin Roosevelt aboard a ship in the Great Bitter Lakes of the Suez Canal in Egypt.
