The document of Saudi Arabia's ratification of the UN agreement on combating organized crime across borders has been deposited with the Secretary-General of the United Nations. The agreement, which became operational effective Thursday, February 17, 2005, was approved by the Council of Ministers on May 3, 2004 [14/03/1425H] and the Royal Decree enacting it was issued on May 24, 2004 [24/03/1425H].
