Crown Prince Abdullah leaves for State visit to France

Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz left today for Paris on a three-day State visit to the Republic of France. Following his visit, he will spend some time in Morocco before flying to the United States for a meeting with U.S. President George W. Bush.

In an interview published today in the French newspaper ‘Le Monde’, Crown Prince Abdullah focused on regional and international issues including the current situation in the Middle East. He also referred to Saudi Arabia’s good relations with both France and the United States, and spoke of the Kingdom’s efforts to eliminate terrorism.
