Muslim World League condemns London blasts, urges greater global cooperation

The Muslim World League today condemned the London terrorist blasts as vicious acts that contradict the teachings of Islam.  “Heavenly religions, notably Islam, advocate peace and security”, MWL's Secretary General Dr Abdullah Al-Turki said in a statement issued in Makkah today.  Dr Al-Turki urged international organizations to undertake joint efforts to combat terrorism and terrorists irrespective of their nationalities or religions.
