King Abdullah and Crown Prince Sultan receive condolences

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz received in Riyadh yesterday President of France Jacques Chirac, who offered condolences to him, to the Saudi Government, and to the people of Saudi Arabia on the death of King Fahd bin Abdulaziz.

Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector-General Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz received separately in Riyadh yesterday a number of visiting dignitaries who came to offer condolences: King Carl Gustaf of Sweden; the United Kingdom’s Prince Charles, Prince of Wales; the Crown Prince of Belgium, Prince Philip; and Prime Minister of Poland Marek Belka.
