Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has ordered the elevation of the post of Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu to ministerial rank, confirming the appointment of Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunayan Al-Saud in that position, with the rank of minister.
