Dr Saeed Al-Orabi Al-Harithi, Advisor to the Interior Minister, and President of the Jeddah-based Islamic Development Bank (IDB) Dr Ahmed Muhammad Ali, have signed an agreement  under which Saudi Arabia will finance three vital projects for the benefit of tsunami victims in Indonesia and the Maldives. The total sum of the finance is SAR 11,250,000 [US$3 million].
