The Royal Court announced today the appointment of Muhammad bin Abdulrahman Al-Tubaishi as chief of Royal Protocol with the rank of Minister.  Al-Tubaishi replaces Muhammad bin Abdulrahman Al-Asheikh, who has, upon his request, been relieved of his post.
