OIC, GCC condemn Bali bombings

The Jeddah-based Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) today condemned the bombings that took place in Bali, Indonesia on Saturday, killing and injuring a number of innocent people. In a statement, the OIC said such criminal acts run counter to the teachings of Islam, and reiterated solidarity with Indonesia in combating terrorism.

In a statement, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary-General Abdulrahman Al-Attiyah condemned the Bali bombings, and he stressed that such terrorist run counter to the religious teachings and laws of all nations.
