Royal decrees were issued today making the following changes in the composition of the Council of Ministers. Dr. Ghazi Al-Qusaibi has been appointed Minister of Labor; Dr. Ali Al-Namlah Minister of Social Affairs; and Abdullah Al-Hosain Minister of Water and Electricity.
