The Interior Ministry announced today that four days after Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz offered a grace period, a second wanted Saudi surrendered himself to the police. Osman Hadi Al Maqboul Almardy Alomary will be treated according to Shari’ah [Islamic Law] and given the opportunity to repent.
