Kingdom continues to send aid to Darfur

A Saudi cargo plane, laden with relief aid for those in need in Darfur in western Sudan, has arrived in Nyala, in the southern part of the region. The consignment, consisting of two ambulances, medical equipment and medicine, is destined for the clinics set up in southern Darfur by the Saudi Red Crescent Society.

Meanwhile, a cargo plane arrived at El Fasher on Saturday, carrying 12 tons of medical supplies for the clinics where Saudi medical teams are providing health services in the northern part of the region, as part of the Kingdom’s humanitarian efforts for the people of Darfur.
