Another 362 Iraqis have left the refugee camp at Rafha in the north of Saudi Arabia to return home. The refugees traveled yesterday in a convoy of 14 vehicles, the ninth in a series of voluntary repatriations from Rafha since U.S. forces toppled Iraqi President Saddam Hussein in April. About 2,600 refugees remain in Rafha, which was set up after U.S.-led forces drove the Iraqi army out of Kuwait in the 1991 Gulf War.
