Hajj medical services operational from next Sunday (Hajj 1423)

The Ministry of Health has announced that health facilities at the Holy Sites will start operating from next Sunday, February 2, manned by nearly 10,000 medical staff, about 115 of them recruited from the United States of America, the United Kingdom and Malaysia to work in the intensive care units. There are 80 health centers and 7 hospitals located in Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifa.

Meanwhile, the Department of Passports reported that as of yesterday, 571,622 pilgrims had arrived in the Kingdom from overseas, 9,440 overland, 5,539 by sea, and the rest by air.
