Kingdom delivers dates to World Food Program in Afghanistan

Saudi Arabia has delivered 643 tons of dates to the World Food Program (WFP) for distribution among the needy people of Afghanistan. The consignment of dates was handed over to the regional office of the WFP in Islamabad as per the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz. This assistance is part of the continuous efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to relieve the sufferings of the brotherly Afghan people and stand by them in their time of tribulation and calamity.
