GCC foreign ministers meet today to discuss Iraq war

The foreign ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) are scheduled to hold an extraordinary meeting later today in Kuwait, at Kuwait's request, to promote coordination and consultation over the current situation of the war on Iraq. GCC Secretary-General Abdulrahman Al-Attiyah has said that the meeting reflects the GCC's concern to end the sufferings of the Iraqi people and to work to provide them with the humanitarian aid they need.
