Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, today opened 19th National Festival for Heritage and Culture, annually organized by the National Guard at  Jenadriyah, just outside Riyadh.  The festival covers cultural activities such as book and art exhibits, souqs (traditional markets), and seminars on various topics.
