President Bush confirms excellent Saudi-U.S. relations

U.S. President George W. Bush has confirmed his excellent relations with Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, whom he described in an ABC-TV interview last night as "a good and honest man". He referred to the Crown Prince's assurances that the Saudi government is doing its best to freeze any finances that may end up in the hands of terrorists, and stated that the United States continues to work with the Kingdom in this respect. He added that Saudi Arabia, like other friends in the region, have arrested people the United States had pointed out as linked to Al-Qaeda.
