King Fahd receives message from U.S. President

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz has received a message from U.S. President George W. Bush, which was handed over to him in Riyadh yesterday during his audience with U.S. Assistant Secretary of State William Burns, with whom he reviewed current developments, particularly the aggression by Israeli forces against the Palestinian people. King Fahd renewed his call on the United States and the international community to uphold what is right until the Palestinian people can set up their independent state. Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz received a similar a message, delivered to him by Secretary Burns today.

Meanwhile, Crown Prince Abdullah received in Riyadh yesterday Charles Freeman, the President of the Washington-based Council on Middle East Policy, who also met with Governor of Riyadh Province Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz and Head of General Intelligence Prince Nawaf bin Abdulaziz.
