Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz today issued royal decrees retiring Prince General Turki bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz from the armed forces, and appointing him to head the Meteorology and Environment Protection Agency (MEPA) at the rank of Minister.
