Ministry reports helicopter crash on training flight

The Ministry of Defense and Aviation has announced that a Saudi Royal Air Force helicopter of type 212 crashed yesterday in the northwest of the Kingdom, some thirty miles southeast of the King Faisal Air Base. All three crew were killed in the crash, which was caused by technical failure. The three men, who were on a night training mission, were Pilot Captain Ghazi bin Ahmed Al-Asmari, Air Captain Saad bin Ali Al-Qarni, and Technical Chief Sergeant Faleh bin Muhammad Al-Aidi.
