The Saudi-Yemeni Committee assigned to working out the mandates of the border authorities of the two countries, has recommended that an appendix be added to the border treaty signed in Jeddah on June 12, 2000. The recommendation appeared in a press release issued today at the conclusion of the committee's first meeting in Yemen, which, it was reported, was held in a fraternal and cordial atmosphere. The next meeting of the committee is scheduled for July, in Saudi Arabia.
