King Fahd's 20 years to be documented in film

On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the accession to the throne of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance is preparing eight documentary films on the achievements accomplished during his reign in service to Islam and the Muslims both inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  The films will cover the King Abdulaziz International Competition and the Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Prize for Holy Qur'an memorization, recitation, intonation and interpretation, and the charitable societies involved in this. They will also cover the mosques and Islamic centers set up worldwide by the Kingdom, and King Fahd's international Islamic Culture forums. A contract has been signed with the ARA company of MBC for production of the films under the supervision of the Ministry's department of public relations and information.
