Chairman of the Consultative Council (Majlis Al-Shura) Shaikh Muhammad bin Jubair, in Rabat for the second conference of the Federation of Islamic Parliaments, has commented on the mobilization of western public opinion against Arabs and Muslims and linking terrorism with Islam. Shaikh bin Jubair reiterated Saudi Arabia's desire to fight all forms of violence and terror, and to work to stabilize the global economy through preservation of fair prices and stable supplies of strategic commodities such as petroleum. He also deplored the terrorist acts being practiced by Israel against the Palestinians, stressing the Kingdom's inalienable stance on the Palestinian cause; and confirmed Saudi Arabia's constant support for the economies of all Muslim countries.
