The Consultative Council (Majlis Al-Shura) in its regular meeting today approved regulations pertaining to expropriation of private property for public purposes and payment of compensation for such acts. The decision will now be submitted to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz.
