President of the Czech Republic Vaclav Havel left Riyadh today after a short state visit to the Kingdom. He was received yesterday by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz, and by Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz. The visit is the first to the Kingdom by a Czech President. It will boost economic relations between the two countries, and lead to agreements on exchange of trade. At a press conference today, President Havel said he had discussed with Governor of Riyadh Province Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz the latter's possible participation in a forum in Prague next fall.
