Saudi Mufti Exhorts Pilgrims for 1420 Hajj

Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia Sheikh Abdulaziz Ibn Abdullah Ibn Muhammad Al-ash-Sheikh spoke out today and highlighted the importance of Hajj and the significance of Makkah, exhorting pilgrims to perform their rituals in an atmosphere of absolute submissiveness to God Almighty. He declared that the time of Hajj offers an opportunity for Muslims to sit together and exchange views about their problems, and advised pilgrims to avoid all disputes and differences that might lead to disunity among them. He called on pilgrims to adhere to the regulations set by the Saudi government, since these have the aim of serving them and enabling them to perform their rituals in comfort and ease. He prayed God for right direction, and that He accept the Hajj of all the pilgrims.
