Saudi company wins award from Microsoft

The Saudi firm of Zuhair Fayez and Partners (http://www.zfpit.com) has received an award from Microsoft for the best company in the Middle East and Africa region dealing with developing and distributing technology information systems. The award was presented on Saturday during Microsoft's ongoing annual conference in Atlanta, Georgia, attended by participants from over 80 countries, which is focusing on new developments in computer, Internet, and communications technology. Zuhair Fayez and Partners was one of five finalists, all from different regions, in the category of business solutions. The company, which was set up twenty-five years ago as architecture and engineering consultants, established its information technology sector in 1990 to address the need for effective information management software solutions for business applications.
