In his address, Abdulaziz Al-Qraishi, who heads the Saudi side of the Council, reviewed its activities over the past three years, saying they included participation in major exhibitions in the United States that provided information on Saudi Arabia and its economic activity. He referred to a new program aimed at encouraging American companies that are members in the council to employ Saudi students during summer vacations and train them after graduation.
Crown Prince Abdullah arrived in New York on Monday on a several days visit to the United States. His current foreign tour will also take him to Brazil, Argentina, and Venezuela.
