Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz

yesterday addressed the Second Summit of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) in

Caracas, Venezuela.

Meanwhile, in the presence of Crown Prince Abdullah and Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez Frias,

representatives of the Kingdom and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela signed a memorandum of

understanding on bilateral consultations between the foreign ministries of the two countries; a draft

agreement on economic, financial, tourism and technological cooperation; and a bilateral agreement

pertaining to market commodities and services.
