Prince Sultan international prize for water conservation

The Prince Sultan Center for Environment, Water and Desert Research at King Saud University in Riyadh has announced the establishment of a new international prize for research into water conservation to be named after Second Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector-General Prince Sultan, who is also Chairman of the National Commission for Wildlife Development and Conservation (NCWDC). The prize aims at contributing to finding solutions for making water available in dry areas and conserving it through development of modern water technology.
