IIASA holds Centennial seminar in Washington DC

The Institute of Islamic and Arabic Sciences in America (IIASA), an affiliate of Riyadh's Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University, is marking the centennial of the event that led to the establishment of the modern Kingdom with a two-day seminar entitled 'The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in One Hundred Years'. The seminar was inaugurated yesterday at IIASA's Washington area campus under the patronage of Saudi Ambassador to the United States Prince Bandar Bin Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz. A number of scholars and experts in policy, law and history are scheduled to participate in shedding light on the Kingdom's achievements in various fields, including the role of Saudi Arabia in promoting Islamic solidarity.
