Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd Ibn Abdul Aziz has issued a royal decree appointing Minister of State and Cabinet Member Dr. Abdulaziz Ibn Ibrahim Al-Manie as President of the Saudi Ports Authority with the of Minister. The appointment was based on a recommendation submitted by Crown Prince Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz, Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard.
