Riyadh City Development Authority meets

Governor of Riyadh Province Prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz, who is also Chairman of the Riyadh City Development Authority, yesterday presided over a meeting that included discussion of a feasibility study for the establishment of a center for advanced industrial projects such as telecommunications, computer design, and pharmaceuticals. The meeting also reviewed a report on the King Abdul Aziz Historic Center, established on the occasion of the centennial of the event that led to the founding of the modern Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and passed a resolution to consecrate the Wadi Hanifa for agricultural and recreational purposes only, and remove from it all activities affecting the environment.
