New Vice President for Youth Welfare named

A royal decree has been issued appointing Prince Nawaf Bin Faisal Bin Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz

as the Vice President of the General Presidency of Youth Welfare, with the rank of

minister. Prince Nawaf takes over from Prince Sultan Bin Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz, who was

appointed President on September 1, 1999.
