Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd Ibn Abdul Aziz left the King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh today to continue his recuperation, after concluding a number of follow-up medical tests, the results of which are highly satisfactory.  King Fahd underwent a successful operation for removal of the gallbladder earlier this month.
