Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz last night made a telephone call to Lebanese President Elias Hrawi in which the two leaders reviewed the situation in Lebanon and the adverse impact of the Israeli aggression against its infrastructure.   King Fahd confirmed Saudi Arabia’s unwavering support for Lebanon and reiterated its concern for ensuring the safety, security and stability of the country.

King Fahd also made a telephone call to Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, who briefed him on the Israeli aggression against his country.   He reiterated the sympathy and support of the Kingdom for Lebanon.   Meanwhile, King Fahd issued directives to send urgent relief assistance including food and medical supplies, blankets, tents and ambulances to the victims of the Israeli aggression.
