Health service preparations for the Hajj are complete

According to Dr. Hamad, 138 health centers and 24 hospitals with 3,939 beds are available to provide health services for pilgrims. The Ministry of Health has hired 100 doctors from Pakistan and Jordan and 247 nurses from Malaysia to ensure adequate staffing.

The Health Ministry has implemented strategies to prevent congestion and stampedes at the holy sites, while also developing emergency evacuation plans.

Meanwhile, Khaled bin Obaid Zafar, the Director General of Health Affairs in Makkah province, announced today that a health center will be opened at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah to provide health services to incoming and outgoing pilgrims.
